Associate Director – FM & Technical Services
Through established business channels the General Practice sector has witnessed a significant development in client requirements. Notably, over the last 18 months there has been significant increase in the importance placed upon streamlining building facilities and improved technical service delivery. This has accelerated with the outbreak of COVID-19 and is now routinely at the forefront of board level discussions.
With this in mind WSS are looking to further strengthen its General Practice team with the addition of Facility Management & Technical Services Consultants.
We are seeking Experienced Consultants, with a proven track record and demonstrable knowledge of working in the Facilities Management and/or Technical Services recruitment industry.
The successful applicant will consider themselves a specialist in their chosen field. Our structure is one in which all consultants are required to operate autonomously, although strong support and encouragement from the wider team can always be relied upon. Self-motivation and an extremely strong will to succeed is key, as is a demonstrable ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both the client and candidate.
