Head of Finance, Real Estate Investment, Europe.
Our global Real Estate Investment, Private Equity and Debt Management client, who provide core and value-add investment and advisory services, including a comprehensive suite of private and public real estate debt, equity, and securities expertise and services, are looking to bring on a Head of Finance.
The Position
The role is to manage the team (and continue to grow it,) and control the finance function for the European Real Estate Fund side of the business, so that the business is provided with relevant, accurate and timely financial information for Real Estate projects and Real Estate funds.
Candidate profile
- It’s imperative you have a strong background in financial accounting and control experience within the Real Estate industry.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA preferable.) A degree in accounting, finance or a related field is highly advantageous.
- You will need to have experienced building and managing a team effectively.
- Experience of implementing efficiencies identified within operational/ financial processes.
- Strong project and relationship management skills and experience managing a third party relationships, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team and being able to work in a deadline driven environment.
