Partner – Infrastructure & Ops
Following an MBO announcement, we are rebranding WSS to be focused completely in Technology Recruitment, due to the high demand across our clients in Real Estate. As a result, we are looking to further strengthen our business and build our Leadership Team, with the addition of experienced Senior Consultants to “Head Up” verticals focused in four key areas:
* Digital & Product
* Data & Analytics
* Project & Change
* Infrastructure & Ops
THE ROLE
As “Partner – Infrastructure & Ops” you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), responsible for leading and building upon an already established and successful Practice. Infrastructure & Ops is the backbone of any business, by aligning vertically we ensure expert support & delivery to specific infrastructure needs.
As an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with demonstrable knowledge and fully immersed in the latest Infrastructure trends, with a proven track record operating across the infrastructure fraternity from support, through to deep technical professionals and up to Leadership positions.

Your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm is vital to help drive excellence in to our engagement model and broaden our presence across new and established markets. We will rely on you to bring the expert knowledge and process management to fulfil growing Client demand. Sales/Technology recruitment experience is absolutely essential as are strong business development skills. Our success is based on building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates alike, it is essential to us that consultants have strong relationship qualities both internally and externally, and are truly passionate about our vision to add value to the wider technology recruitment economy.
