Following an MBO announcement, we are rebranding WSS to be focused completely in Technology Recruitment, due to the high demand across our clients in Real Estate. As a result, we are looking to further strengthen our business and build our Leadership Team, with the addition of experienced Senior Consultants to “Head Up” verticals focused in four key areas:

* Digital & Product
* Data & Analytics
* Project & Change
* Infrastructure & Ops

 

THE ROLE

As “Partner – Project & Change” you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), responsible for leading and building upon an already established and successful Practice. Project & Change Management is at the forefront of business focused on Digital, Platforms, Software, Data, Automation and AI which is now fundamental in how Real Estate evolves.

 

You will be fully immersed in the latest trends & methodologies, and experienced in building an extensive network of permanent and contract project and change management professionals. As an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with demonstrable knowledge of business wide transformation, expert in agile project and change methodologies, practices and processes, to ensure that technological implementation and adoption will be successful.

Sales/Technology recruitment experience is absolutely essential as are strong business development skills.
