Our Global Real Estate client require a BI Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge, helping the business make better informed decisions.

The position sits within the Business Intelligence function, which has responsibility for the development, maintenance, data strategy, data governance and data reporting of their business systems. You will work on BI projects in the Azure platform that include the research, design and implementation of data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reports/dashboards and data-driven applications.

You will be responsible to develop Power BI dashboards and customised SSRS reports based on business requirements. Write optimised SQL queries against SQL Server and Azure Synapse Databases. Align with development methodologies to implement and support robust, reliable deployment processes using CI/CD Pipelines in Azure DevOps. Design and implement data pipelines across multiple source and destination systems using SSIS and Azure Data Factory.

Throughout your career, you will have obtained extensive experience of Data Visualisation and Reporting using Power BI and SSRS, setting up complex ETL processes within SSIS and Azure Data Factory, involving relational and non-relational data. Experienced in multidimensional data modelling; star schemas, snowflakes, de-normalized models, and handling – slow-changing- dimensions/attributes.
