AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND WSS Associates Ltd

The WSS Associates Ltd Website (the ‘Site’) is comprised of various web pages operated by WSS Associates. It is designed to inform you of potential job opportunities, candidates and general information that may be of use in the recruitment process. It is not intended for use by persons in countries other than the UK and no representation or warranty is given as to whether the information on the Site meets with any regulatory or similar requirements of other countries. The terms ‘you’ and ‘user’ as used in these Terms of Use refer to any person and/or entity using the Site for any reason. The term ‘WSS Associates’ includes any subsidiaries or associates or separate names. The Site is offered to you conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

WSS Associates reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Site is offered, at any time by way of modification of these Terms of Use without notice. You are advised to check these Terms of Use, which were last updated on 13th January 2011, periodically as any changes are binding on you following your continued use of the Site within 24 hours of any such change(s) being posted to these Terms of Use.

All vacancies advertised are ones on which we have been asked to assist in finding suitable applicants at the time of posting of the vacancy to this Site.

We do not accept any liability due to any inaccuracy or omission in relation to any of the information on this Site or any liability in respect of information on this Site supplied by you or by any other user of this Site or by any other person.

UNABLE TO GUARANTEE INTERVIEWS, EMPLOYMENT, ETC

We cannot guarantee that any employer will ask for a specific applicant’s CV or other details, invite them for interview, offer them a position whether permanent, temporary or contract nor can we give any assurance as to the final terms of employment or duration of any appointment. We are also unable to guarantee that any particular applicant will be able to attend interview or meet the requirements of a potential employer.

OUR TRADING TERMS

We make no charges to applicants seeking work through us. Those seeking temporary work that we believe we will be able to assist will be provided with written Terms of Engagement before they are sent on a first assignment through us. For employers each permanent placement or temporary assignment involving a candidate submitted by us following instruction by you will be subject to our standard terms and conditions a copy of which will be supplied to you before we first act on your behalf for the first time in seeking applicants to meet your requirements.

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes when seeking employment, for general careers advice or when recruiting staff. You are solely responsible for information you supply to this Site and for ensuring that it is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and furthermore that it is not discriminatory, offensive, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practise or the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction.

You are authorised by WSS Associates to view a single copy of the material available for access by non company members on this website for your personal, non-commercial use including use a job applicant. You may also copy print or download information from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use including use a job applicant. You may not use the material to create directories, marketing lists or for any other like purpose including but not limited to the sending of unsolicited email, chain letters, promotional materials or other forms of solicitation or the undertaking of surveys or contests. Recruiters representing applicants may not send that applicants personal details, CV or resume to this Site in response to a vacancy posting. It is not permitted to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device (including browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, intelligent agents or other such items) to navigate this Site other than any search engines available on this Site or generally available third party browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.) Except as otherwise stated within these Terms of Use the copying or duplicating of material or information on this Site or the framing or linking to any such items is prohibited.

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to WSS Associates that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. JURISDICTION
